q. Where can I find song ideas for my
mix?
a. If you like hip hop like we do, you can go to the bet.com page and click
under "vote now" to see a list of hot new songs. Also go to www.mtv.com to get
ideas for what's hot and new.
q. Can I split my mix into 2 sections?
a. Yes, you would be able to specify this in the form under the "notes" section,
or under the "music time" section.
q. I am worried about choosing songs that other teams will
have at competition... what should I do?
a. This is an important consideration. Most teams will only use the "normal"
song and lay a backbeat over it with some sound effects. Once we are done
re-mixing that "popular" song, you will have a one-of-a-kind remix that will set
you apart! So go ahead and choose the songs you and your kids like!
q. Can you go by my 8-count sheet?
a. We can do this for $100 extra. Simply go through the ordering process and let
us know in the "notes" section that you are sending us your 8-count sheet
email/fax/mail etc.
q. I want to do a "theme" can you do this?
a. Yes, we can do anything that you can dream! That doesn't necessarily mean
that you should do it. Our opinion is that themes, in general are played out and
"cutesie". You tend to use songs that you normally would never dream of using in
a cheer mix...just because it has certain words in it.
